Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa Yoga is a traditional style of yoga that ties breath to movement. Students coordinate movement to breath as they flow from one pose to another. Vinyasa is also the term used to describe a specific sequence of poses (Chaturanga to Upward-Facing Dog to Downward-Facing Dog) commonly used throughout a vinyasa class. Vinyasa Yoga allows for a large variety of classes providing students with options. Classes can be paced fast or slow and are always set to be all inclusive of level of practice. All classes include traditional sun salutations and movements to help you learn and grow into your practice.
Classes can be taught virtually or in-person.
New to Yoga? Try an introductory class! I will walk you through each of the common poses, proper alignment of feet, hands and show you how to coordinate the breath to the movement.
Flexibility Coach Training
Flexibility Coach Training is mat-based style of yoga designed to increase flexibility, mobility and body strength. It involves using poses that are held for longer than usual and are practiced in a very relaxed, passive motion. Flexibility Coach Training uses “gravity” or the weight of your body to assist in targeted mobility.
The Flexibility Coach Training class is designed to help students with stiff muscles such as hamstrings, hips, shoulders and back. It is meant to be a supplemental practice to go with other forms of exercise including yoga.
Flexibility Coach Training is very popular all around the world because it delivers flexibility results quickly. There are three main principles of Flexibility Coach Training. You will learn these principles during class as we practice together. These principles if practiced will help improve your flexibility and mobility.
Flexibility Coach Training is time under passive tension. The more you practice the quicker your results will come. Even 15 minutes a day provides maximum benefits! Try Flexibility Coach Training for free by clicking here.
Trapeze Yoga
Trapeze Yoga is a style of yoga that allows for suspension on a safe and secure rig allowing you to hang freely for lengthening of the spine. Sometimes suspended in the air, other times on the ground. Trapeze Yoga is an amazing way to relief back pain while developing strength, flexibility, and restoration of balance improving overall fitness. This is a perfect style of yoga for people who are recovering from surgery, are weak due to lack of strength or suffer from back pain.
Trapeze Yoga can be taught in order to achieve your fitness goals. Personalized attention allows you to go deeper into your training and goals.
Classes are usually held at your home, office or another organized practice space. Together, we will work on your health goals using the best yoga practices to serve you. This is highly individualized and designed to help you get the most benefits in the least amount of time possible.
Classes can be taught virtually! Don’t have a rig? I have one! I can come to you with a sanitized rig. Each set up is machine washable so easy to provide you with a clean and sanitized device.

Mommy & Me, Daddy & Me or Family Practice
Children are born flexible but as they grow older, flexibility can slowly go away unless they continue to be active and practice. Teach your children the awareness and value of total body health and fitness and allow yoga to be a part of that journey.
These family classes are fun and lively but educational. We teach children the basics and have fun with animal moves and sounds that both the parent and child join in and learn. This is a class for all parents and children. Mom and Dad can both join to make it family fun. Grandparents are welcome to join and are free! Each class is designed to work on different body parts and movement with the intent to retain flexibility while gaining strength and mobility.
Breath Coach Training
Yoga Breathing is a safe and effective way to relieve stress, enhance digestion, balance energy, and improve sleep. Unlike meditation that can be slow to learn, yoga breathing is very accommodating and easy to follow. You can already feel the benefits from the first session.
No experience of any kind is necessary. Yoga breathing uses a remarkably simple, science-based approach that is safe and effective for everyone. We do not teach breathing extremes, deep diver practices, or any breathing techniques that will put you into an altered state. This practice allows you to understand how breathing affects your nervous system and uses those affects to create change. Yoga Breathing allows you to use breathing as a technique to modify and adjust in times of stress, anxiety during an asthma attack or any emotional situation that impacts your nervous system and affects your breathing patterns. Breathing challenges are vast and include difficulty from asthma, anxiety, stress, respiratory illness, genetic conditions. Yoga breathing is not a cure but can help you learn how to deal with your nervous system and bring you back into a balanced state allowing you to breath normal.
If you think this might help with your current health challenges, try my Discovery Session which is a 20-minute class that introduces you to Yoga Breathing and gives you exercises to practice. We can meet either in your home or office, or via video call. I will introduce you to the basic principles of the practice, we’ll do some foundation exercises together, and we’ll see how you feel. Interested in learning more? The first introductory session is always free.
Workshop Session and Group Session are also available. Corporate sessions are a great offering for your employees to learn how to deal with stress and anxiety. Contact me to learn more about group or corporate sessions.
